Short Ribs, Veal

Are you tired of the repeated discussions on this board of what to do with beef short ribs? I thought I was until I went to my favourite butcher shop and found beautiful veal short ribs at half the price I last paid for the beef ribs. I bought them even though I've never cooked them before. Have you? If so, let's hear about it. Thank you.
