Easter Brunch ideas?

Having a potluck brunch on Sunday, and every time this group gets together, the same few people take the obvious main dishes, leaving the rest of us to be a little more creative. My brunches usually consist of the egg/meat/potato standard, maybe with some fruit dish of some sort, but nothing out of the ordinary. I'm looking for some creative ideas of a medium-level difficulty to bring on Sunday.

Thanks!

Look on the Food Network. Rachael Ray had some good brunch ideas this week. One was for an Alfredo Frittata and another was for openface sandwiches with ham, asparagus and melted fontina. Have not tried them yet, but intend to do so.
