Help: Ques. re Hazan's milk-braised pork loin

Hi everyone. We're having a dinner party tonight, and I'm about to begin making the above. The recipe calls for a 2 to 2.5 pound pork loin, but I have a 4.4 pounder. Any suggestions on how I should adjust the recipe (i.e., more milk, more time)? Thanks!
