Slightly paranoid: I cooked it Sunday- can I eat it tonight?

The subject basically says it all. I made chicken fajitas on Sunday night, and I'm slightly paranoid about eating food past its prime. I usually toss leftovers after 2 or 3 days....I don't want the food to go to waste, but I don't want to get sick. Am I okay if I just reheat it? Thanks.

According to the USDA cooked chicken is good for 3-4 days.

Your chicken is fine. Reheat and enjoy.

live dangerously. Unless you've already reheated and cooled the same food more than 2x, scarf those suckers down.
