A Year in a Vegetarian Kitchen--opinions?

I'm thinking about buying this book, and wanted to know what others thought of it. I've picked it up from the local library and read it over, but haven't had a chance to cook from it, and would love to hear feedback from 'hounds who have.

Thanks!

Smokey

I love it, it is my current favorite. The recipes are really simple and delicious.

I've had it for about a year and while I do like the white bean casserole, I haven't been very inspired by the rest. If you are looking for a good vegetarian cookbook, I suggest Vegetarian Cooking for Everyone by Deborah Madison, if you don't have it yet. I'm always inspired to cook from it.

I do have Vegetarian cooking for everybody, and like it a lot. sometimes, though, I'm looking for something, more, well, everyday than everybody. I was thinkng AYIAVK might be (based on a quick look at the recipes as well as Bishop's introduction), a bit more quick.

        Thanks for your feedback!
