Rice cooker at high altitude? (7000 ft.)

  • s

Any thoughts as to using a rice cooker at high altitude? I'll be cooking
a few meals at 7000 ft soon and have no idea if my rice cooker
(a $50 Zojirushi NHS-18) is up to the task. It seems to work OK at 3000 ft with a smidge of extra water.
