Drunken noodle recipe

Just tried the pad kee mao recipe from McDermott's Real Thai and was really disappointed. Looking for a recipe that is more saucy- maybe more tomato based but still fiery. My internet search turned up nothing.
I can try to remember to dig up what I use (though I haven't done this one in a year probably). Back then I did find quite a few recipes on the net, and ended up studying the similarities and differences to get where I wanted. It worked well, but there is a wide range in the recipes out there (I synthesized from three, but there were many more when I looked). Good luck, in my mind it's a dish with a considerable degree of difficulty to balance the tastes just right (but well worth it when achieved).
