Cook book, or recipe book, or book for cooks, etc.
Looking for a Greek Cuisine book, please.
I went with a fairly new book "The Olive and the Caper" by Susanna Hoffman. Lots of cultural/historical info in that book in addition to lots of recipes. Was a difficult choice among that book, "The Food and Wine of Greece" by Kochilas, and "The Complete Book of Greek Cooking" by the Recipe Club of St. Paul's Orthodox Church.
