I bought some fresh corn tortillas about ten months ago and only used half of them. The rest I double-wrapped and have had in the freezer ever since. Are they still worth using? Or should I pitch them...
While the tortillas may not be fresh enough to eat on their own, there are plenty of uses for stale tortillas such as enchiladas or blended up for a stew thickening agent. My local mercado sells day old tortillas half off for such purposes.
