Fantastic Rub & Sauce combo for pork ribs!

I made baby back ribs this weekend, and had to share the recipe because they turned out SO well... I think you could easily use this rub & sauce for any type of ribs.

Moroccan Spice Rub (apply ~8 hours before cooking):
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika (smoked, if you have it)
1/2 tsp ground pepper (I use a mix of white/black/green/pink)
the seeds from 4-5 cardamom pods, ground
2 cloves, ground
nutmeg to taste (I use about 1/4 tsp)

Pomegranate BBQ Sauce:
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp dark brown sugar (I used muscovado)
1 clove of garlic, smashed
2 dashes (or more) Tabasco
black pepper to taste

- Baste the ribs with the sauce about 30 minutes before cooking, and continue basting while grilling.
- Grill over a medium-hot grill for about 35 minutes
