armoricaine sauce -- update

I tried Jules' recipe and although it was not really quite the one I had at Dinner Wednesday, it was absolutely delicious. I'm pretty sure that the sauce I had was not bacony at all -- I think it may have actually been this sauce made with lobster in it instead of bacon.

But regardless, it was a really tasty sauce and thank you so much for your help finding it!

      We halved the recipe, and used an entire half head. So yes, I interpreted it as an entire head.
