Dinner tonight - pasta with peas, mushrooms & myzithra

Simple and met with raves - melted some butter, let it cook a while, added shallots over med-low heat for a long while, tossed in some blanched frozen peas, sliced white mushrooms, let it cook. Grated a bunch of myzithra cheese pretty fine. Cooked fettuccine, tossed all together.
