I am currently in posession of a substantial block of sponge toffee. What do I do with it? Anyone have ideas?
Break it up and dip it chocolate. Use the crumbs on ice cream or to top the frosting on cupcakes or cheesecake.
Mmmmmm.... sounds great! Thanks for the suggestion. Any ideas on how to cut the stuff? Seems a bit messy. I am going to try a serrated and chef's knife and see what happens!
