Fish heads recipe wanted
I usually use them to make a stock. All it needs is ginger, green onions, or whatever you like in your chicken/vegetable stocks.
Adding a few vermicelli noodles, veggies, mushrooms, and/or tofu at the end makes it a nice soup, or just drink the stock as is.
you could also salt it and bake if it's a large fish head with lots of meat. Don't salt it as much as you would a filet, since there's not as much meat to absorb the salt.
