Rivoli's portobello fritter recipe?

  1. This stuff is amazing --- one of my favorite appetizers anywhere. All of the different components really add up to something fantastic -- the shards of parmesan,the bitter arugula, the crunchy panko crust... I've had the recipe for ages but have never tried making it, so I'd love to hear how it turns out.
