I went to my grocery store today and bought duck fois gras sausage. Any ideas what I can do with it now? I don't want to over cook it or put too much sauce and possibly ruin the taste. Please help.

This was an interesting question... I don't have an answer for you, but I'll bet there are some cool things to do.

Here's the way I think anyway: how is foie gras served when I like it?

with sauterne
with toast

So, panko jackets with a drizzle of a sweet pungeant berry sauce? I dunno, doesn't sound like restaurant fare, but I'll bet it'd be good.

Cooking time/technique seems difficult to estimate, though.
