an immersion blender with a kick?

the truth of the matter is, i like baking, i don't like the mess. so the less washing the better, which is why i use the immersion blender as a food processor.

unfortunately, the blender's motor isn't up to this task, do any of you have any industrial strength immersion blenders to recommend?

    Try any of the Braun MR5550 models. The MR5550 models all have 400 watts, and with the mini food processor/whisk attachments, etc. Prices range from $50-100, depending on which model you get.
