yuzu juice

Finally bought some at the local japanese store after tiring of hearing how yuzu is the best thing in the world from every food magazine for the past year or so. Now what do I do with it? Also, is it shelf stable? It wasn't refrigerated, but after opening, will it keep? Should I refrigerate it? Any input is appreciated.

  1. I use yuzu mixed with dashi and soy sauce for a dipping sauce. I also use it a lot for cocktails. Definitely keep it in the refrigerator! You can also make a gorgeous glass of yuzu juice of honey, yuzu juice and ice. Happy Drinking!
