I got a Breadman panini grill as a present. Is it useful for grilling, say, chicken breasts, or will that not work? Any other interesting uses for this?
I got one for Christmas too, the thing is I already have a Geo Foreman grill. So I searched the internet and it's basically the same thing, some sites do recommend it for grilled meats. I guess it just doesn't drain the fat away as it's flat.
I use mine for panini, quesadillas and grilled polenta. I love it and use it several times per week.
