looking to do some roasted bone marrow.....

i had a great bone marrow dish and parsely salad at St John Restaurant in London - and I wanted to replicate the dish - i need tips on the types of bones to use and if i have to make any special requests with my butcher. i'm a novice here, but i think i can do this dish - doesn't seem TOO complicated. i know the chef has a cook book out, but i'm too lazy to go to the bookstore - any insight help on this board is appreciated. thanks.

      I tried this recipe and it was excellent. See attached website, but if doesn't open go to www.saveur.com and type marrow in the search bar.
