I'm looking for a good fondue cookbook that includes both cheese and broth style recipes. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't yet found the perfect one, but looking online is a great way to pick and choose based on ingredients you want to use. I planned a whole fondue meal based on web recipes.

I have "Fondues from Around the World: Nearly 200 Recipes for Fish, Cheese and Meat Fondues, Oriental Hot Pots, Tempura, Sukiyaki, Dessert Fondues"
by Eva Klever, Ulrich Klever. I love it. Lots of great recipes. Some very interesting. It includes cheese, broth, oil and other types of fondue.

I like Rick Rodger's Fondue book.
