      <content>I haven't yet found the perfect one, but looking online is a great way to pick and choose based on ingredients you want to use.  I planned a whole fondue meal based on web recipes.</content>

      <content>I have "Fondues from Around the World: Nearly 200 Recipes for Fish, Cheese and Meat Fondues, Oriental Hot Pots, Tempura, Sukiyaki, Dessert Fondues"
by Eva Klever, Ulrich Klever.  I love it.  Lots of great recipes.  Some very interesting.  It includes cheese, broth, oil and other types of fondue.
