Calphalon Tri-Ply Roasting Pan

Does anyone own the Calphalon tri-Ply roasting pan? If so, how has your experience with it been?

I'm in the market for a roasting pan that does not have a non-stick surface, but does have an aluminum or copper core. The All-clad roasting pan is 100% stainless steel.

  1. I've used it and it worked great for roasting a turkey and subsequent deglazing on the stove.

    It's cheaper than the All-Clad and doesn't warp on the stove like the All-Clad seems to do.
