Food & Wine Mag Feb--Interesting Recipe(s)...

The February Food & Wine magazine focuses on the foods and wines of Spain. I would be curious if anyone has tried any of the recipes yet?

**The simple recipe of Toasted Bread & Bittersweet Chocolate sounds interesting/good. Basically, you take thin baguette slices cover them with a bit of bittersweet chocolate and broil for 30 sec to 1 min, then drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with sea salt...sounds tasty!

  1. And, if you want to really enjoy life, you could imitate NYC tapas bar Tia Pol and top the melted chocolate with very thin slices of chorizo and a little hot pepper--mmmmm.
