5 Day Old Yorkshire Pudding Batter---Results...

I was a quite concerned because the entire surface of the batter was olive green! (How a combination of eggs, milk, flour and salt can turn green alludes me.)

When I stirred up the batter it was a light olive green. But, the Yorkshire puddings came out as white as a lily, puffed beautifully, and tasted great. (thankfully!)

  1. EGADS!!!! Olive Green and you ate it?!!!! And how do you feel today? I so TOTALLY would have done the same thing! *LOL* Nice to know I'm not the only one out there who does things like that. I wonder why it turned green tho? Is copper an element in eggs?
