Does anyone know of a bakery or store that sells buns for mini cheeseburgers (like White Castle size)? Preferably in the East Bay.

  1. For mini pulled pork, we've been able to find some small dinner rolls that look just like buns at both Safeway and Giant.

    1. I'm on the other side of the country, but if you can get some potato rolls, dinner roll size, that would be a great way to go. There is a place in Hackensack that makes small slider-size burgers, and their potato roll is one of the many reasons that their burgers are so much better than White Castle. It is more substantial than the fluffy white bread and takes on a really nice quality when steamed.
