Looking at a couple of different recipes for chocolate garnishes where you brush melted chocolate onto lemon leaves, then carefully peel away. Where do you buy lemon leaves? What else would work?
Anything thick and shiny and not poisonous.
Camellia leaves work great and should be available this time of year.
If you live in warmer climates...camellias are greenhouse stuff in most of New England, eg.
Call your local florists: lemon leaves are a common green to add to floral arrangement. Very easy to find.
