Heart healthy food 2 or 3 days worth
I have a recipe for spinach and chickpea stew served over rice that I love and when I make it it lasts me several days. I store the stew part seperate from the rice, and the garlic sauce that goes with it seperately. And then I heat it all up together in the micowave or stovetop and it's delicious.
