The Perfect Croissant

Once upon a time there was a great little book called "The Perfect Croissant". It appears that I have lost my copy in a move, and now I'm looking for a recipie that is comparable. The most important features of the recipie were: ONLY butter, not margarine, and there was an addition of Peanut Oil that made ALL the difference in flavor. Can anyone help??????

    Not a direct answer, but if no one here can give you the recipe, why not go online and try to find the book at secondhand sites such as AbeBooks. Or your local library could probably order it on interlibrary loan if they don't have it in their collection.
