i'm going to make a big dish of paella for christmas- any suggestions for good and interesting side dishes?
A fennel and blood orange salad with a balsamic vinegarette.
Great idea, Greg. It needs to be something light and with some acidity to offset the paella. I was thinking that a potato and orange salad (a dish from the Valencia region) might be good too. Good to see you on the board. Seems like it's been a while.
