Meyer lemon sauce

I have had Meyer lemon sauce at some high end restaurants in LA and loved it with both meat and fish.
Anyone know how to make it?

  1. I think if you elborate a bit more you might get a better response. What did it taste like, really sour, savory, tangy and sweet? What was the consistency, color, hot, cold etc. etc.
