Reheating hainanese chicken
How would you reheat hainanese chicken and the rice w/o a microwave oven?

I finally reheated the rice in a pot w/a couple of tsps of leftover ckn broth over low heat and put the chicken in a 200 oven for about 5 mins, just to take the chill off. It was as good as the first day, not overcooked at all. Did make a new batch of scallion-ginger sauce though.
My family made steamed rice every day, and one reheating trick used frequently was to place the stuff in bowl and place the bowl in rice cooker immediately after the rice was cooked. The residual heat from the rice cooker was a gentle way of reheating.
