Suggestions for room temp potluck dish

It is time for the yearly holiday potluck at work and I am stumped as to what to bring. The dish needs to be one that does not require heating.

I've just had to deal with this situation twice in the last two days!
day 1: spicy homemade tapenade on crostini
tapenade is so easy to make and it tastes great!
day 2: feta & spinach tart
this may have been better warm, but it was still delicious cold. you could do any number of cold quiche/tarts that look beautiful and taste good either warm or cold.
