frozen salmon

I have a frozen salmon fillet in the freezer and am trying to think of a simple idea to make it more tasty. I was thinking of preparing it with the ginger scallion sauce recipe described in a previous post.

Anyone have any other ideas?

  1. Here's a great & tasty & low-fat recipe from EPI...Honey Ginger Salmon...interesting marriage of the chipotles and the hoisin sauce... link below...sauce is oh-so-good over basmati rice, too. I usually bake it at a high temp (425) rather than broiling; in either case, make sure to line your pan with foil due to the sugary sauce (the brown sugar kind of isn't necessary, I've found).
