"Fresh Noodles", how long do they last?

I am making turkey soup from the turkey carcass today.

Unfortunately, the "fresh" noodles (soft/refrigerated kind) have been in the fridge for 2 months (don't ask). Are they still good?

Or, would I be better off using a package that went in the freezer right after being purchased?

  1. I would say trash the old ones and go for the freezer noodles. Probably have no presevatives, and though they might not smell bad, I would say better safe than a tummyache!
