Cheater's Rum-Mincemeat Ice Cream--Easy/Yummy

Took a jar of good-quality mincemeat (with suet) and cooked it in a saucepan with quite a good amount of Myer's Rum (hiccup), then mixed it into French Vanilla Ice Cream--very easy, and very tasty!
