Thoughts About Bakewell Cream...

I finally bought some. It is supposed to make light & fluffy biscuits.
The substitution for baking powder is 2 parts Bakewell Cream and one part baking soda.
Is there a problem with this substitution if Buttermilk or Sour Cream is also in the recipe.
Any feedback regarding Bakewell Cream is appreciated!
