How to cook a wild duck??
A friend just gave me two fresh ducks - wings, feathers, feet and all - I've cut plenty of things up (from the store) - but never de-feathered/butchered anything - what's the fastest, easiest method to getting to the goal? Wild duck - any suggestion for what to do once they're ready to cook? Confit, roast? -- I got 'em plucked - now what to do?
