Love the drinks at Bomboa!! Have you had their grapefruit gimlet? to die for!
here is my espresso "martini" recipe.
1 oz cold Espresso
1 1/2 oz top quality Vodka
1 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur (like Kahlua)
1 oz White Creme de Cacao
Pour everthing into shaker filled with ice, shake vigorously, and then strain into chilled martini glass. It will be frothy.
By the way my husband prefers it with out the creme de Cacao. He think its less sweet that way. He just adds another ounce of vodka.

I haven't tried the grapefruit martini at Bamboa yet, but I did have the caipirinha which was tasty, but not authentic. I also had the tuna cerviche appetizer that was really good, but tasted more like raw tuna than a cerviche.
