      <content>How about pomegranate martinis using that POM juice w/ some seeds sprinkled in for garnish? Don't have a recipe, but I think I may have seen Bobby Flay do this once on his show...</content>

      <content>How about a "Hot Apple Pie?"
 
1 quart apple cider
3 to 4 cloves
5 ounces Tuaca
Freshly whipped cream
Dusting of cinnamon
 
Bring apple cider and cloves just to the boiling point using a medium saucepan.  Pour 1 1/4 oz of Tuaca into heat proof glasses (long stem preferred).  Using a strainer, pour the cider into the glass leaving about a 1/2 " space at the top of glass.  Top with whipped cream and cinnamon.
Makes four servings.</content>

      <content>I haven't seen it yet, but I hear that this month's  issue of Bon Appetit has a recipe for Cranberry daquiris. If not too sweet, they might be really good. </content>

      <content>I happen to love Manhattans in the fall -- I've seen a version made with a spiced crabapple instead of a cherry, and it's good and very holidayish.  For something lighter, Audrey Saunders of the Bemelmans Bar in New York has devised a drink that is wine based but very autumnal.  A link to the recipe is below.

      <content>I have a good recipe and easy too. 1 can of oj,1 can of pineapple juice, coconut rum or white rum to your taste, and genadine from the liquior store. mix in gallon jug keeps for weeks.
