Stuffed Mushroom Recipe?

I used to have a wonderful recipe for stuffed mushrooms. You could use goat cheese, blue or Boursin and mix with the sauteed stems, garlic, onion and breadcrumbs. Put it all together and bake. Delicious! I want to make something similar for a Thanksgiving appetizer, but I can't find the recipe. Help! Does anyone have a great recipe for stuffed mushrooms that you would be willing to share? Thanks so much!

Ricotta, garlic, parsley, S/P, topped with a bit of mozzarella, and popped under the broiler to brown. Easy and good. We don't usually have them at Thanksgiving, however, as they are filling before the big meal
