Baking in a pudding mold
I want to bake a cake in a steamed-pudding tinned-steel mold. (It basically looks like a bundt cake mold, only steeper and smaller, with a lid.) I plan to leave the lid off.
Is there a problem with that? I believe the material is OK for baking, since brioche molds and pandoro etc. molds are made from the same material.
Or...?
