Corn Nuts
I've spent a significant part of the last 15 years trying to find kosher Corn Nuts. The brand name version was kosher when I was a kid, but after they lost their hashgacha, I found nothing for a long while. Then, a few years ago, I found a great approximation of them carried by Oh Nuts! in Flatbush. But when I went back to the store recently, they had been replaced by a far inferior Israeli version that was far too sweet and had the wrong consistency. Does anyone know of a place where I can find some good corn nuts? Online, maybe?

We got excellent corn nuts at an Oh Nuts store in Monsey. There were under a heat lamp and pretty good. They were a bit smaller and more greasy than the brand name version. I do miss cornnuts.

re: Shrinkrap
Any flavor CornNut (not chips) with a current Best By date are OU Pareve. Packaging will (eventually) be updated and carry the OU logo. Nacho, Raanch, original, all pareve no matter what the ingredient legend says. They are only produced at the CornNut plant in Fresno, CA and that plant is now 100% kosher-pareve.
