Here is an updated list of kosher restaurants and markets - http://kosherbythekremlin.wordpress.com/

Sederolam.com had Moscow and there appear to be many listings. It's a new website service and I haven't been overseas yet to test accuracy- so please don't take this as an endorsement. They do list supervision, which I find helpful

I was in Moscow for work 2.5 years ago and can attest that both restaurants at 2nd Vysheslavtsev pereulok, 5a, are really great. Be prepared to go through a metal detector and have your belongings inspected by security. The restaurants are inside the synagogue/community center, which is a giant building. The interior is nice and they have wifi i believe.
I didn't do too much shopping at the stores there and stuck mostly to tuna/quaker bars and crackers I brought from home. It's hard to walk around with a list of brands as there weren't really markings on the products like the ones in the U.S. and other countries.
If you need to be there for Shabbos, I was set up with really nice families through http://www.jewishmoscow.com - great people!!
