kosher Chinese products

Does anybody know where I can find a wide range of kosher Chinese products in the NYC/Westchester area?

  1. I don't know that I can help that much. But, Kam Man Grocery on Canal Street has a big maroon & beige box that has a huge bunch of dried noodles in it. The thing is the size of a hat box! It has a Star-K hashgacha. You literally could go blind looking for kosher certifications on products in Chinatown and there are very few other than noodles, wonton wrappers, soy sauce and sesame oil.Twin River makes some interesting dumplings.Lots of stuff (sauces), I'll make myself instead of driving myself crazy looking for 'em in stores. Also you might look online or better yet, schmooze with a Chef at a kosher Chinese place and get the inside scoop on ingredients, or, you could find out the name of the Mashgiach and ask him, he'll help you out.
