highly recommended - chocolate cloud cake

I mentioned this on another message posting, but if people are still looking for passover desserts, Nigella Lawson's chocolate cloud cake - on her website - is fantastic. The best flourless chocolate cake ever and very easy to make. I made six pans of it last passover and everyone went crazy over it.

Thanks for the suggestion. We tried it this evening and everyone in the family loved it! Ah, Pesach - the festival of eggs and sugar ;-)

      Cheers,

Agreed. I had to make a dessert that not only was KFP, but that also contained no nut products (allergy concern at the seder). This was the rare recipe that fit the bill. It was remarkably easy, and was a huge, delicious hit. (I cheated a bit and used GranGala in lieu of Cointreau so as to save some $$.)

What cakes and/or general puddings can you recommend for the last day of school?

          Our ideas so far:
          > Chocolate cloud cake
          > Regular cake.

          love Ben x
