"The Kitchen" -- Great Schwarma in Midtown

Went their today. Shwarma was the best I tasted outside of Israel. Meat was juicy and quite tasty. Hot sauce was amazing.

    Was the meat turkey or lamb? I'm told it's rare to find real kosher lamb and that most often turkey mixed with lamb fat is used.

        It's at the corner of 37th and 8th, right accross from Gray's Papaya.

        I'm not sure what meat they use. Looked darker then most Turkey Shwarama I usually get, but I couldn't tell you for sure.
