Bragg organic apple cider vinegar is kosher. It is a live vinegar and can be used as a mother / starter culture. It can be found in any health food store. I have used this to start vinegar mothers, with ok results. Of course you then have to find very good quality kosher winees to make the vinegar with. The better the wine, the better the vinegar. Good Luck.
