Domani Italian(New York)

I have heard that Domani on 1st Ave is very expensive and the portions are small. If that is true, is it worth going there?
Domani isn't cheap, but no kosher meat white-tablecloth restaurant in Manhattan is. For Italian-style meat restaurants, I think it compares favorably to Tevere, which is nearby. I don't recall the portions being small at all. I also like the service at Domani a lot and the back room is very comfortable. Plus I just saw an ad in the Jewish Week advertising free parking (although I'm not sure if it's with a valet or if you get privileges to park it yourself at a garage nearby; best to call first).
