<content>I'm all about the fish-head instead and I always down one of the the eyeball's every year for good mazal. Gross? Definitely!!! But in Kaballah(as if I know much about that),it's said to bring wisdom. Hint: Chase it with a drink, do not attempt to chew!
Interestingly, the sheep head has become a delicacy among Italians to this day. I think they call it "Cah-poot-zelle". Anyway, a sweet New Year to all and may we all merit to live long healthy lives in a peaceful world.

Shalom,
Amy aka "Chanaleiba"</content>

<content>I happen to be half Albanian and the Orthodox part of my family eat a lambs head on Easter every year.
I think its actually pretty good, esp the eyeball.

I didnt know that Jewish people also ate this on special occasions.
Its too bad the Jewish side of my family is so americanized.</content>
