A year or two ago, the NYTimes ran a full-page article about the Bukharan community in New York, mostly in the Rego Park area, with information about several restaurants, bakeries, and cultural institutions. We're thinking of doing an expedition--anyone have recommendations for specific spots? And the Times described the restaurants featured as being kosher, but I'm not sure who is supervising. Any information about kashrut?
